Specific risks of this approach

• No stop-loss / "hold to green." A strategy that avoids realizing losses relies on positions eventually recovering. Some positions may not recover, may take a very long time, or may tie up your capital indefinitely.
• Scaling in / averaging down increases your exposure to a falling position and can amplify losses if it keeps falling.
• Concentration & correlation. A roster of similar names can decline together, so apparent diversification may be limited.
• Capital being frozen. Capital committed to unrecovered positions is unavailable for other uses and may remain so through extended drawdowns.
• Leverage — if you use margin — magnifies both gains and losses and can force liquidations.

Technology & data risks

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Signals may be missed, delayed, duplicated, or wrong. Software, connectivity, or third-party outages can occur. You should independently verify every signal and never rely on the Service as your sole basis for a trade.

Execution is yours

In the default mode you place all orders yourself at your own broker. If you enable any optional automated-execution feature, you accept the additional risks of automated order placement and are responsible for monitoring it.
